The children :

For children from 0 to 3 years free stay in a double room. A minimum stay of 2 nights may be requested in some periods.

CITY TAX

For all customer bookings with the period of stay from 1 September 2014 onwards, a tourist tax of 3.50 euros per person, per night must be paid directly in b & b during the check-out for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights . This is at an additional cost and is not included in the room rate.

They are exempt from the payment of the stay contribution:

1. Citizens residing in Rome.
2. Minors within the tenth year of age.

RENT WITH DRIVER

If you want a rental car with driver (you will find a driver waiting for you) to get to the b & b, (taxi service) the cost from 7.00 to 22.00

€ 38.00 from Rome to the airport;

€ 40.00 from the airport to Rome.

Night service: you will find a driver waiting for you from 22.00 to 7.00 for € 50.00.

Animals are not allowed.

Cancellations / No-Show Policy:

Any cancellations must be received in writing (by e-mail or fax)

Canceled bookings will be subject to penalties as follows:

From the date of booking to the 8th day 0%.

From the 7th to the day of arrival, 100% deduction.

If you cancel one or more nights on the day of arrival, you will not be entitled to any refund.

If you have chosen the non-refundable rate:

The rate is subject to prepayment and can not be canceled.

Particularly advantageous rate for those who are sure of their stay and not to make changes or cancellations!

Non-refundable rate conditions

Your credit card (bank transfer) will be charged, at the time of booking, the full amount of the stay.

The amount of the stay is non-refundable.

It will not be possible to cancel or modify the reservation.

In case of no-show at the hotel, no amount will be reversed from how much is previously charged to the credit card.
